Back pain is a daily companion for many of us. There can be various reasons behind back pain. Pain and ache also increase due to muscle problems or sleeping in the wrong position. However, one has to sit in the office for 8-9 hours and there is no time for physical exercise. That is why, this problem is now becoming a problem in every home. Sometimes back pain takes a very serious form. Then medicine is relied upon to reduce the pain, but even after taking the medicine, the pain rises again.

Stretching

You should not sit continuously on the chair in the office. Get up from the chair every now and then and stretch. Many people do not get time to exercise daily. Therefore, you have to find time to stretch to keep yourself fit during work. Stretching keeps the blood circulation of the waist muscles active.

Walking

Most of the day is spent in front of the office computer. If you sit for a long time, it is difficult to prevent back pain. So it is important to walk a little every now and then. There is no point in walking for a long time. Take a few steps in between work. This will keep the back pain under control to a great extent.

Avoid mental stress

Now a days, mental stress has become a daily companion. This excessive pressure on the mind can cause back pain. So along with the body, you need to take care of the mind as well. To manage back and waist pain, you need to reduce mental stress.
