Popular singer Zubeen Garg from Assam has passed away at the age of 52 in Singapore due to a scuba diving accident. According to reports, Singapore police rescued him and transported him to a nearby hospital. Despite receiving intensive medical care, doctors were unable to save him, as per reports.
Zubeen primarily worked in the Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi-language film and music industries and had sung in 40 different languages and dialects, including Bishnupriya Manipuri, Adi, Boro, English, Goalpariya, Kannada, Karbi, Khasi, Malayalam, Marathi, Mising, Nepali, Odia, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, and Tiwa.
