An initial opportunity for this could arise with a Vijay Hazare Trophy match scheduled for December 24. This match is the only one-day game on the domestic calendar and falls between a three-ODI series against South Africa from December 3-9 and another series against New Zealand starting January 11, both of which will be held at home.
